Outta interest, did anyone actually get their mulitplayer character to Level 1 (perfect) on Perfect Dark for the 64?. I got to level 6 and god that took years! lol
I got to Very Close but apparently Rare have said it is impossible. I have heard of no one ever getting it.

Sadly The Perfect Dark Sequel (PD ZERO) is only gona come out on Xbox because they bought the company and the game. Nintendo sold Rare when they found out that their games only accounted for 1% of their profits, All of the talented people left rare after perfect dark to form their own companies leaving rare with basically a load of novices. Their last Ninty game was Star Fox adventures which is good however their xbox equivilents have been very lacluster with out the talents they had. So effectively microsfot just paid millions to ninty for a brand name, not the people. Dont worry however, because the new Perfect Dark has been truned in to a Cel Shaded Shooter and IMO does not sound as good as the N64 classic. And any ways we have the Head of Perfect Dark and Goldeneye working exclusively for Nintendo in Zoonami, which are developing a game that will "supprise everyone"
actually i laugh at microsoft because they blew a lot of money on very little. Lets see what Zoonami can give us...
Actually, Rare's MS games don't look that bad. i loved Grabbed by the Ghoulies, and Kameo looks fabe. Plus we're getting a Conker's update.
come on the n64 conkers version slighty updone is not a brand new game that youd really want. and the grpx look very bad in comparison to other xbox games. Even live wont help on that game. (If i am right in the idea that it is going to be online?) Goulies has been bettered by luigis mansion and Kameo had been done before.... Not the quality they once were (JFG? Remember that? Ahhh good old n64)
yeah hehe, just dragged my N64 from my dads house back to here (bin 2 years without it) and omg it rox0rz my box0rz lol. I got loadsa cool titles like... -smash bros -perfect dark -goldeneye -mario64/mario tennis -zelda *locks self in room for long period of time* Such classics guys! B)

i remember paying like, 20 quid for smash bros cartridge only, last year. They are getting very rare + expensive now
Have you tried Smash Bros Melee? Its great! Having never played the n64 version i cant comment but if its like the Cube one then i bet it was class. I got out Excitebike ystrdy. QuAlItY
ahh i wanna get excitebike 64 lol, and no i havent played melee, but people who av played smash 64 say that melee was a disappointment. So something theres a little unbalanced.
iv got friends who had both and they thought is was an improvement. As i melee ownere I think its great. They are making a new Excitebike! EB64 was the best biking game i have ever played!
Why make the situation worse? Unless you actually ENJOY that pile of turgid filth, that black mark on Rare's record that was Lylat Wars?
